COVID-19 Mitigation

To our valued customers,

Like many of you, we have been monitoring the rapidly changing landscape of the COVID-19 and its potential impacts on our collective safety and health. Being part of the local community in Calgary we want to ensure we are making every effort to proactively protect our staff and clients’ safety.

We have decided to proactively volunteer to close our showroom effective March 18th until further notice.  It is our aim to be part of the solution and be a leader in our community and apologize in advance for any inconvenience. 

Basecamp will remain open by phone with limited hours for our Parts, Sales and Service Departments.  We will have a curb-side process that will be explained over the phone which eliminates risk of contact.

We require calling in advance by appointment only. 

Step 1)  Call us to make a booking 

When making an appointment you will be asked the following questions: 

1 ‐ Have you or any members of your family travelled on an airplane and returned on or after March 1, 2020? 

2 ‐ Do you or any members of your family have any of the following symptoms? 

Dry cough, fever, fatigue/extreme tiredness 

If yes to either, we will work with you to provide for your needs while eliminating any chance of exposure to COVID‐19. 

Step 2)  We will ask if you need Parts or Service. 

If it is service: We will open the work order over the phone and book the appointment for drop off. When you arrive for your drop off appointment you will call us and we will come get your unit from outside the store.  We ask that you respect social distancing protocols with our staff. 

For parts: We will verify for availability and process your credit card and establish a appointment of pick up time.  When you arrive you will phone us and we will place your purchase outside for you to pick up. 

For Sales: Call us with all of your questions during the scheduled hours. 

Our commitment to personalized service starts with scheduling appointments with our Service hotline at 403-441-1299.  This will enable us to give you individual attention and allow for the highest level of safety. 

In addition we will be offering unit pick-up and delivery and it will continue to be free of charge by appointment. 

Our appointment service hours will be Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-4pm

We will be completely closed Sundays and Mondays.
